Our carefully selected blooms are harvested early morning for peak freshness and fragrance.
The finest roses are then given a cool water bath soak and washed multiple times by hand to ensure cleanliness and perfection.
Stems and pistils are carefully removed from the rose. Pointy petal edges are trimmed to ensure uniform texture and cooking.
Petals are washed, spin-dried then laid out onto a clean towel to be fluffed and left to dry for 10 more minutes before the next step.
After some fluffing and drying, the petals are then cut into ribbons in preparation for cooking. These are the fragrant ribbons giving the jam its unique flavors.
The petals, sugar, and limes all work in unison to produce a sweet aromatic jam that is unique to each rose variety.
